The Charity SSAFA was founded in 1885 and in 2010 celebrates 125 years of unbroken Loyal Service and Support to the, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families.

To commemorate this land mark event SSAFA have produced a Limited Edition 32cm cuddly SSAFA Ted bear, dressed in combat gear, with shoulder epaulettes that carry the dates, 1885 and 2010 and a special, SSAFA125 tour badge.to commemorate 125 years of unbroken support for our troops and their families. His beret, is mounted with a bronze SSAFA cap badge and, "dog tags.”
